Since 2012, this tournament has raised $207,370.00 in Simon's memory. We continue to support two local organizations, the Sarnia St. Joseph's Hospice and Bluewater Health.
"On behalf of the St. Joseph’s Hospice, we would like to express our profound gratitude to the Simon Warder Memorial Squash Tournament Committee. The funds from this year’s event will be allocated toward the Residence Furniture Upgrade. We recognize the benefits this event provides but the true beneficiary of your gift are those we serve at St. Joseph’s Hospice. St. Joseph’s Hospice offers programs and services for those living with a terminal illness, their caregivers, and for those coping with the death of a loved one. Established programs for adults including Caring Hearts Children’s Program, Hospice Visiting Volunteer Program, Bereaved Support Groups, Caregiver Support Groups, Food for Thought Luncheons, Day Hospice and Complimentary Therapies such as Massage Therapy and Reiki."

" Bluewater Health Foundation is grateful to the Simon Warder Memorial Squash Tournament for their generous support of our Prostate Cancer Clinic. With proceeds from the tournament we have been able to purchase educational supplies and resources for patients. Nurses from the clinic were able to attend a specialized conference in urology. The proceeds have also made it possible for the hospital to purchase equipment used to care for men diagnosed with prostate cancer; urocap flowmetres, a resectoscope and a bladder scanner. Looking forward, our intention with this year's proceeds is to allocate them towards the replacement of Bluewater Health's urology suite. This is a major project and would not be possible without community support. It is a honour for us to receive funds in memory of Simon Warder."
